Senior Executive – Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:
- Become the first touch-point for a client enquiry and build a relationship from there.
- Understand client requirements, organize meetings, and guide prospective clients through our services portfolio and what’s right for them.
- Function as the key point of contact for projects/client engagements assigned to you.
- Manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for client retention and advocate for the client’s success inside the agency.
- Be involved in preparing and presenting winning client pitches and work with the business development team to grow the account.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior agency experience in digital marketing, web development, or other related industries.
- Willingness to learn and improve knowledge.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
