The Role

The Head of Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for business development, agency marketing, and strategic client partnerships. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our client base, leading high-impact pitch efforts, and building a strong inbound pipeline through marketing excellence. Internally, you’ll collaborate across verticals – from design and content to tech and performance – to craft solutions that help businesses scale.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven, marketing-savvy leader who understands agency dynamics and knows how to position, pitch, and deliver with impact. The business development and client servicing teams will report to you.

 

Your Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Sales

  • Lead all new business efforts from prospecting and pitch development to closing deals.
  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across key industries (e.g. travel, healthcare, fintech, lifestyle).
  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial strategies for multidisciplinary digital projects.
  • Represent Antyra in high-stakes meetings, industry events, and partner discussions – locally and internationally.

Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee Antyra’s marketing function, including brand strategy, content marketing, social media, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to position Antyra as a thought leader in Web, Software, UX, and performance marketing.
  • Lead demand generation efforts to drive qualified leads into the business development funnel.
  • Work closely with design and performance teams to build compelling brand narratives and measurable campaigns.

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to high-value accounts, ensuring long-term retention and growth.
  • Support account teams in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and business planning sessions with select clients to align long-term objectives.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing business development and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with vertical leads (Design, Tech, Content, Performance, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Report directly to the Founders on revenue forecasts, growth KPIs, and strategic planning.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in business development, agency marketing, or account management – preferably within a digital agency or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of securing and scaling large client accounts across digital services.
  • Experience leading a marketing team or function with strong execution in brand building and lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, UX/UI, performance marketing, and martech.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
