Graphic Designer – Web Development Team

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Website Development team. This role combines creativity with precision – ensuring that the visuals published on our website projects are optimized for digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with our Content Entry and UI/UX Design teams to enhance and prepare images, graphics, illustrations and visual assets that reflect each brand’s identity while maintaining a consistent, high-quality presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, retouch, and color-correct images for websites and digital platforms.
• Optimize visuals for web performance (file size, resolution, and responsiveness).
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align images and graphics with layout, design, and user experience goals.
• Create or adapt visual assets such as banners, icons, and thumbnails for web use.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
• Work with content entry executives to ensure that all uploaded media meets visual and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design or image editing, ideally for web or digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Lightroom, Illustrator, Figma experience).
• A strong eye for composition, color, and visual detail.
• Understanding of image optimization for web (compression, file formats, responsiveness).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and content teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic familiarity with WordPress is an advantage.
