Account Management – Executive
We are looking for individuals with a passion for advertising and a flair for client communications. You will be working in a dynamic environment, representing the company at the highest levels, working with our clients to deliver best in class solutions. You are the bridge between Antyra and our customers, maintaining the relationship and driving performance.
- Work as the key contact point between the client and project teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, negotiate deadlines and be responsible for project delivery.
- Timely follow ups on campaign requirements and coordinate between different departments on work at hand.
- Work with the client, digital and creative teams on formulating and setting goals and strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely updates on client status and campaign performance to the top management.
- Hands on experience in Client Management/Account Management (minimum of 1 year).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple deadlines and client requests.
- Prior experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Prior experience in digital advertising / account management experience in the advertising field.
- Willingness to learn and improve knowledge on digital advertising.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
