Senior Executive – HR and Administration

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as Senior Executive – HR & Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and office administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Antyra works with hundreds of leading brands in the fields of travel and hospitality, finance and insurance, e-commerce, fashion and education.

Location: This position is on-site at our office in Pelawatte, Battaramulla.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support payroll preparation and related administrative documentation.
• Oversee general office administration, procurement, and maintenance of office facilities.
• Coordinate internal communication, staff training sessions and company events.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administration functions.
• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
