About the Role:
We are seeking a Video Editor with at least 3 years experience in the agency world.
As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in conceptualising, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, branded content, and client projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, content creators, and marketers to craft visually compelling stories that align with brand objectives.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit raw footage into engaging and polished video content for digital platforms, campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual storytelling concepts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
- Handle post-production processes including colour correction, sound balancing, subtitling, and visual enhancements.
- Optimise video formats and exports for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and websites.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in video editing and digital content production.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual approaches during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
- Manage timelines effectively while working across multiple projects and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related editing tools.
- Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, and post-production workflows.
- Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with professional camera equipment and production workflows will be considered a plus.
- Strong storytelling ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing previous video editing work is essential.
